Return Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Moogco Baby. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Be disassembled (if applicable) and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For infant safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby bottles, pacifiers, or other personal care items if the packaging seal has been broken.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Page. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Returns are processed only after we confirm the item has been shipped back and received in acceptable condition.
- Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Opened personal care items (e.g., beauty products, baby bottles, pacifiers).
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods.
- Gift cards.
Custom orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept cancellations for customized items, so please double-check your order details before finalizing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Important Notes
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both initial and return).
- No shipping fees will be refunded for refused or undeliverable packages.
- We are not responsible for errors in delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses or spelling mistakes provided by the customer.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” and the carrier provides proof of delivery (e.g., signature or photo at the correct address), we cannot issue refunds for stolen packages.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow time for your bank to process the transaction.
