Here's Billy Newborn Covers - A bold pattern introduced in 2019 with Lily, to make a cute couple of cloth diapers! The Rumparooz Newborn Cloth Diaper Cover is designed to grow with your baby with 3 adjustable rise settings that are designed to fit your preemie and newborn. Weight range of cover starts at 4 pounds and will fit up to approximately 15 pounds. Rumparooz Newborn Cloth Diaper Covers are generously sized and designed to fit over most newborn fitted or prefold diapers. Covers may be used multiple times before washing but should be placed into the laundry if it becomes soiled. Kanga Care uses a water resistant polyester TPU which is a solvent-free polyester fabric that has been laminated with a thermoplastic polyurethane using a heat bonding process, not chemicals. This process is low in toxicity and is better for the natural environment then traditional PUL.

The number one thing to remember when caring for your diapers is they are just another load! There is no magical solution that you should need and no crazy tricks.
Washing Instructions
- 1 Cold rinse

2 Hot wash: add the recommended amount of detergent for the appropriate load size.
- 3 Cool rinse
- 4 Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry in indirect sunlight.

Kanga Care uses a solvent-free polyester TPU interior, laminated with thermoplastic polyurethane using heat bonding, not solvents. That process is lower in toxicity and helps keep outfits dry without heavy chemicals.
Three adjustable rise settings let one cover fit tiny babies from about 4 pounds up to roughly 15 pounds. The generous cut is made to fit over most newborn fitted diapers and prefolds.
Designed as a cover, Rumparooz works well over flat prefolds or newborn fitted diapers for flexible diapering. Covers can be reused between changes if not soiled, and should be laundered when dirty.

What size babies will this cover fit?
The newborn cover is designed to fit babies starting around 4 pounds up to approximately 15 pounds using three rise settings.
How many covers do I need for newborn use?
Many parents start with 6 to 10 covers plus a few prefolds or fitteds, then adjust based on your laundry schedule and how often you prefer to wash.
How should I wash these covers?
Wash once before first use. Routine care is a cold rinse, hot wash with recommended detergent, cool rinse, then tumble low or air dry. Avoid bleach, Oxiclean, Borax, or Bac-out which can damage cloth diaper materials.
Can I use diaper cream with these covers?
Some heavy or petroleum-based creams can cause buildup and reduce absorbency. Use minimally, spot treat, and follow a stripping routine if you notice repelling.
