Every product passes a safety check before we list it.
We only carry brands that meet U.S. CPSC and FDA standards for their category. Materials are disclosed on every product page — no "non-toxic" hand-waving. Anything with a known BPA/BPS, phthalate, PVC, or unclear-material question doesn't make it in.
If a product we carry is ever recalled, we email every single customer who bought it. Same day. No exceptions.

When a product's average drops, we look at why, talk to the brand, and pull it if the issue is real.
