Finding your size
Forget your bra size, it tells you nothing here. Right after a feed or a pump, when everything is at its fullest, look at how wide your areola is. That is the whole measurement.
Regular (L)
Fits most moms. Areola under about 2 inches (5 cm). If you are unsure, this is the one.
X-Large
Areola about 2 inches (5 cm) or wider, fuller breasts, twins, or pumping four or more times a day.
999 fine silver
One size. Shaped to sit over the nipple without pressing on the tip.

How do I clean them?
