• Cold therapy relief: these breast ice packs can provide drug-free pain relief related to engorgement, clogged ducts, or mastitis. Cool in the freezer for 30 minutes before use.

• Warm therapy relief: Use these nursing heat pads before massaging breasts to encourage milk drainage and help increase milk flow during nursing. Warm in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Use these breast warmers for pumping success - wrap them around your pump flanges before or during pumping to help increase milk flow and encourage letdown during pumping sessions.
