This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability.
1. Sponsor
The Little Imaginations Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Moog LLC, doing business as Moogco Baby, 6825 176th Ave NE Ste 135, Redmond, WA 98052 ("Sponsor"). Part of the prize is provided by Speedy Monkey LLC, 2900 E. Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 300, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306 ("Prize Provider").
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Prize Provider, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. Entrants must have a valid Instagram account. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the Giveaway Reel is published on the @moogcobaby Instagram account on October 28, 2026 (approximately 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time) and ends on November 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter during the Giveaway Period, you must:
- Follow both @moogcobaby and @speedymonkeytoys on Instagram;
- Like the official Little Imaginations Giveaway Reel on @moogcobaby; and
- Comment on the Giveaway Reel answering the question "What would your little one play with first? The cottage, the café or the blocks?" and tag at least one friend.
Additional entries: Each separate comment on the Giveaway Reel that tags at least one friend counts as one (1) entry. Entrants are encouraged to tag 3 to 5 different friends, one per comment. There is no limit on the number of comments an entrant may submit.
Bonus entry: Share the Giveaway Reel to your Instagram Story during the Giveaway Period and tag @moogcobaby to receive one (1) bonus entry. Bonus entries are verified manually by Sponsor, so your Story must be visible to @moogcobaby while it is live.
Tagged accounts must belong to real people. Tags of brand accounts, celebrity accounts, inactive or fake accounts, and comments that are duplicated, automated or otherwise spam do not count. Entrants must still be following both accounts and must have liked the Reel at the time of the drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes, in its sole discretion, was submitted in violation of these Official Rules or Instagram's Terms of Use.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
- Speedy Monkey Flowers Cottage with starter set (includes 1 character), provided by Prize Provider;
- Speedy Monkey Coffee Machine Toy;
- Speedy Monkey 50 Piece Wooden Building Blocks Bucket; and
- One (1) $100 Moogco Baby store credit, provided by Sponsor.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the entire prize package: $324.97. The physical prize items will be shipped free of charge to the winner's address in the United States. Items may ship separately and from different locations. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. The store credit will be issued as a single-use code redeemable on moogcobaby.com, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other promo codes, and expires 12 months after issuance. Any unused balance is forfeited. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 7, 2026 by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by a reply to their comment and/or a direct message sent only from the official @moogcobaby Instagram account, and may also be announced on @moogcobaby. The potential winner must reply within 48 hours of notification and provide a US shipping address. If the potential winner does not reply in time, cannot be verified, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
Scam warning: Sponsor will never ask you to pay, provide payment information, or click a link to claim a prize. Please ignore and report any account that contacts you claiming to be Moogco Baby or Speedy Monkey and asks for payment or personal login details.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any issue with Instagram that prevents an entry from being received or viewed. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their Instagram username for the purpose of announcing the winner, without further compensation.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Provider, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize. Use of the prize items should follow the manufacturers' age guidance and safety instructions, with adult supervision.
10. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used only to administer the Giveaway and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Moogco Baby privacy policy at moogcobaby.com. The winner's shipping information may be shared with Prize Provider solely to ship the prize.
11. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
