Who we actually are
We are a small team, and most of what we sell we first bought for our own babies. It started with one product: the Moogco Silver Nursing Cups. One of us needed them, could not find a version she trusted at a price that made sense, and we made our own.
Since 2020, more than 200,000 of those cups have been sold on Amazon. That is what gave us the confidence to build the rest of the store around the same idea: things that actually help in the first months, from people who use them.

This is the part that surprises people most, so it is better said before you order than after. Moogco Baby carries more than 200 independent brands, and each brand ships your item directly from its own warehouse or studio. We are not one big warehouse that repacks everything into a single box.
- Order from three brands and you will receive three packages, often on different days, each with its own tracking number.
- Returns go back to the brand that shipped the item, so each item needs its own return label.
Nothing has gone wrong when this happens. Every tracking number is emailed to you as each brand ships.

What to do if something goes wrong
Email cs@moogco.com with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo in that first email and in most cases we will arrange a replacement or refund without asking you to ship it back.
If you have not heard back within one business day, check your spam folder and then write to us again. We would much rather hear about a problem than have you assume we ignored you.

Because each brand ships separately. If your order included items from three brands, you will get three packages, usually on different days. Each one has its own tracking email.
Can I return something to Moogco Baby?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with packaging. Each item returns to the brand that shipped it, so returns use separate labels. Opened personal care items and personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene and production reasons.

Yes. Payment is processed by a certified payment provider over an encrypted connection. Moogco Baby never sees or stores your full card number. PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.
