We want you to shop with confidence at Moogco Baby. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
We're a Marketplace
Moogco Baby is a marketplace of 200+ brands. When you place an order, each brand ships directly from their own warehouse or storefront to your door. Because of this, each return must be shipped back separately with its own return label so it reaches the correct location.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Be disassembled (if applicable) and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For infant safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby bottles, pacifiers, or other personal care items once opened or used.
Holiday Return Policy
Eligible items purchased between November 15 and December 15 may be returned by January 15 of the following year. Items purchased after December 15 are subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Return Page. Once your request is approved, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a return label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items). Original shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items outside the 30-day return window
• Opened personal care items (e.g., baby bottles, pacifiers)
• Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or fully unpackaged
• Items missing their original tags or packaging
• Personalized, monogrammed, or customized products
• Swimwear that has been used or is missing the sanitary liner and/or tags
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
• Gift cards
Note: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return regardless of whether they were purchased at a discount. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cs@moogco.com. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Important Notes
• No shipping fees will be refunded for refused or undeliverable packages
• We are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• If tracking shows "Delivered" and the carrier provides proof of delivery at the correct address, we cannot issue refunds for missing packages
