The flat wall around the hole is not printed. Only the broken edge and the scene behind it
are, so your own wall colour carries on around the sticker and the illusion holds whether
your wall is white, sage, blue or blush.

How It Arrives
Up to 59"W it comes as a single sheet, already cut to the shape of the hole. Nothing to line
up, no seams to hide. Peel, press from the middle outwards, and you are done in about ten
minutes. The two largest sizes, 70"W and 80"W, arrive as two panels that overlap along a
printed guide line.

Material
Peel and stick, self adhesive. No paste, no water, no tools. Satin finish, a soft sheen
between matte and gloss, so the colours stay rich without glare. Wipe clean with a damp
cloth. Works best on a smooth, fully cured painted wall.

Only the broken edge and the underwater scene are printed, so the flat wall around the hole is left bare. Your own paint color shows through, whether it is white, sage, blue, or blush, so the illusion holds no matter your room.
Wipe the wall, peel the backing, and press from the middle outward so no air gets trapped. Sizes up to 59 inches wide arrive as one sheet already cut to the shape of the hole, so there is nothing to line up and no seams to hide.

Picking the right size comes down to your wall, your furniture, and how much of the illusion you want to show.
- Measure the visible wall space: Look at the clear wall area above furniture like a bed, dresser, or bookshelf and measure width and height before choosing a size, since the sticker looks best with a little breathing room around it.
- Check your wall surface first: This works best on a smooth, fully cured painted wall, so if you have just painted, give it about four weeks to cure before applying.
- Go bigger for open walls: On a large, mostly empty wall, one of the bigger sizes reads more like a real opening from across the room, while a smaller size suits a wall that already has furniture or shelving on it.
- Know how large sizes arrive: Sizes up to 59 inches wide ship as a single sheet with nothing to align, while the two largest sizes, 70 and 80 inches wide, arrive as two panels that overlap along a printed guide line.
- Ask for a custom size if needed: If none of the eight standard sizes fit your wall, send us the width and height and we will set up a listing sized to match, at no extra design charge.
Will this damage my paint when I remove it?
The description does not list a specific removal guarantee, so we recommend applying it to a fully cured, smooth painted wall and testing a small corner if you are unsure. A gentle, slow peel gives the best results on most painted surfaces.
Does the sticker include the flat background around the hole?
No, only the broken edge and the underwater scene inside it are printed. The flat wall area is left unprinted so your own wall color shows through around the design.
How long does it take to apply?
Most sizes go up in about ten minutes. You wipe the wall, peel the backing, and press from the middle outward so no air gets trapped underneath.
