The lock stays invisible inside the cabinet while a 3,100 Gauss magnet releases it from outside. Keeps curious hands out while staying discreet with modern furniture.

- Check surface type: Smooth, clean surfaces work best with 3M adhesive. For textured or painted surfaces consider using the included screws.
- Measure door gap: Locks need enough internal clearance to latch, so measure the gap and hinge style before you buy.
- Hidden versus visible: Magnetic locks are invisible from the outside, preferred for a clean look and for keeping hardware out of view and reach.

- Adhesive or screws: Adhesive is quick and leaves no holes, allow 24 hours for full bond; screws give the most permanent hold.
How do magnetic safety locks work?
