★ The wood comes untreated and is beautiful when left as-is. We do not offer any in-house painting or staining, however, products can be painted or stained after-the-fact. If you decide to paint, stain, or seal your product we do recommend doing so AFTER the product has been assembled.
★ Assembly is required - All pieces slot together- so easy even your toddler can help! All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included. Basic tools required. Almost all products can be assembled with a screw driver, but an electric drill is recommended.

GENERAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMERS:-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-All our wood products come untreated. If you are planning to use your product outdoors or around water, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-Our wood is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

What are the shipping and return policies?
Ships from a US warehouse, and US orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Because items are custom made to order, they are final sale; contact our human customer support for shipping issues or production questions.
Can I personalize the nameplate?
Yes, include the exact text, capitalization, and punctuation you want in the personalization field. If nothing is entered, the nameplate will read Parking Garage.
How difficult is assembly and what tools are required?
Assembly is required, pieces slot together, and all hardware plus detailed instructions are included. A screwdriver works, and an electric drill will speed the process.
Can I paint or stain the garage?
Yes, the wood is untreated. We recommend assembling the unit first, then painting, staining, or sealing to protect it from sun or water exposure.
