-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

No, some assembly is required. The pieces slot together and hardware is included, and most parents find it very manageable without special tools.
Can I paint or stain it?
Yes, the wood arrives untreated and pre-sanded, so it is ready for paint, stain, or a protective seal if you want to customize the color.
Is this safe to use outdoors or in a bathroom?
It is best kept indoors away from water and direct sun. The description notes that excessive moisture or sun exposure can cause warping or staining over time, so if you plan to use it somewhere humid, seal it after assembly.
What is the difference between the small and large size?

Orders ship from a US warehouse, and you get free shipping on orders over $100. Since this is a made to order piece it is final sale, but if it arrives damaged our human support team will help with a replacement or refund within 30 days.
