What You Get
Two peel and stick pieces: the dinosaur figure and a matching ruler strip. Both are cut to shape, so there is no backing square and your wall colour stays visible around them.
Size
Ruler strip: 2.5"W x 60"H (6 x 152 cm)
The figure is printed to the same height. Its width depends on the design and is shown in the size chart image.
How It Measures
Stick the bottom edge of the ruler 12 inches (1 ft) above the floor and the chart reads true height from 1 ft to 6 ft, marked every inch with foot labels. Full instructions and a simple floor guide are included.
Material
Matte self adhesive vinyl with a soft satin finish, printed with fade resistant inks. Removable and repositionable while you work, no glue, no water, no residue when it comes off. Made to order and shipped flat in a rigid mailer.
Care
Wipe gently with a dry cloth. Best on smooth painted walls; not for textured, freshly painted or damp surfaces.

The dinosaur figure and ruler strip are each cut to their own shape, so your wall color shows through around them instead of a plain rectangle. It looks like a mural, not a sticker.
Because there is no printed background, the decal blends right into white, sage, blue, or blush walls. You pick the color, the dinosaur does the rest.
Measure twelve inches from the floor, line up the ruler, then set the figure beside it and smooth from the middle out. It is peel and stick vinyl, so there is no glue, water, or residue to worry about.

- Decide how you want to mark growth: Some families write the date and height right on the wall next to the ruler, others keep a small notebook. Either way, a smooth painted wall makes writing directly on it easiest.
- Match it to the room, not just the nursery phase: Because the design has no background square, it tends to work well as a room grows from nursery to big kid bedroom, so consider whether the style still fits a few years out.
Will this damage my paint when I take it down?
No, it is designed to be removable and repositionable while you work, and it comes off without glue, water, or residue when the time comes. It works best on smooth painted walls that are fully cured, not freshly painted or damp surfaces.
How accurate is the height measurement?
The chart reads true height from 1 ft to 6 ft, marked every inch, as long as the bottom edge of the ruler strip is placed exactly 12 inches above the floor. The included instructions and floor guide walk you through getting that starting point right.
Can I move it to a different wall later?
Yes, it is repositionable while you are working with it, so small adjustments during installation are easy. Once it has been up for a long time, treat any wall decal gently when moving it to avoid stress on the vinyl.
What if my walls are not perfectly smooth?
The decal is made for smooth, painted walls and is not recommended for textured, freshly painted, or damp surfaces, since the adhesive will not bond evenly. If your walls are heavily textured, this style of decal may not lay flat.
