-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

This play cube is crafted from half inch USA Baltic Birch plywood, a hardwood plywood known for its strength and smooth veneer core. Each piece comes pre-sanded so it feels soft to the touch right out of the box, ready for hours of climbing without worry about rough edges.

Is this safe for a toddler to climb on unsupervised?
This is an active climbing product meant for supervised play. As with any climbing structure, an adult should be nearby while your child uses it.
Does the wood need to be sealed or painted before use?
No, the wood arrives pre-sanded and can be used as-is. If you plan to use it near water or outdoors, we recommend sealing it after assembly.
How long does assembly take?
Most parents find assembly quick and straightforward, since wood glue and any needed hardware are included. Expect a short, simple build rather than a complex project.
Will a standard crib mattress fit inside?
Yes, this cube is sized to fit a standard crib size mattress, so it can double as a cozy resting spot in addition to a climber.
What is your shipping and return policy?
Because each play cube is made to order, sales are final except in the case of damage, and we will replace or refund a damaged item within 30 days of purchase. Orders ship from our US warehouse, and purchases over $100 qualify for free shipping, with our human support team ready to help with any questions.
