-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.

All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. Each rack is cut from half-inch Baltic birch plywood, so it feels sturdy and looks beautiful straight out of the box. The natural grain and warm tone bring real character to any room.
The surf-inspired shape holds a full lineup of caps, beanies, and hats along its scalloped edge. It keeps everyday favorites off the floor and easy to grab on the way out.
CNC-routed joints slot together tightly, and a few drops of the included wood glue lock everything in place. Most people have it built in two to five minutes, with wall-mount hardware included.
A good hat rack matches your space, your collection, and how much finishing you want to do yourself.
- Measure your wall: This rack stands 36 inches tall and 9 inches wide, so confirm you have a clear vertical space before mounting.
- Count your hats: The scalloped edge holds a full row of caps and hats. If your collection is large, plan the height where you can still reach the top hooks.
- Natural or finished: Unfinished wood looks lovely as-is, but if the rack will live near a bathroom or humidity, seal it after assembly to protect against warping.
- Mounting surface: Wall hardware is included, but check whether you are anchoring into a stud or drywall so the rack stays secure with hats loaded.
- Personalization: If you want an engraved name, order it early since customization adds two to three days to production time.
Does it come already assembled?
No, light assembly is required, but it is simple. The CNC-routed pieces slot together tightly, and a few drops of the included wood glue secure everything in about two to five minutes.
Is any hardware included?
Yes. Wall-mounting hardware and a small amount of wood glue for assembly are both included. No tools are needed for the assembly itself.
Can I paint or stain it?
Absolutely. The rack arrives pre-sanded and unfinished, so you can leave it natural or stain, paint, or seal it once it is assembled.
How big is it and how many hats does it hold?

Can I get a name engraved on it?
