Made from half-inch Baltic birch plywood with clean CNC-routed joints, this rack feels sturdy, not flimsy. It arrives unfinished and beautiful as-is, ready to stain, paint, or seal if you like.
Pieces slot together tightly with no tools or hardware for the rack itself, and a few drops of included wood glue lock it in place. Most people have it together in two to five minutes.
A good hat rack keeps caps in shape, fits your space, and matches how your collection grows.

How many hats does it hold?
Up to eleven hats, with each cap resting on its own slotted arm to protect the brim and keep the row neat.
Is assembly difficult?
No. The pieces slot together with CNC-routed joints and a few drops of included wood glue, usually taking two to five minutes with no tools required.
Does it come finished?
It arrives pre-sanded and untreated, which many people love as-is. You can also stain, paint, or seal it once assembled to match your space.
What hardware is included?
Wood glue for assembly and mounting hardware for the wall are both included. For the most secure hold, anchor into a stud or use appropriate wall anchors.
Can I add a name?
Yes, optional name customization is available and engraved into the wood. It adds two to three days to production time.
How does shipping and returns work?
It ships from a US warehouse and normally within five business days, with free US shipping on orders over $100. Because each rack is made to order it is final sale, but if it arrives damaged you have 30 days to request a replacement or refund, and real people are here to help.
