Our hedgehog grasping toy is made using hard maple, a dense, non-splintering wood, so it's safe for baby to play with for hours! It's lightweight and easy to hold, working on all those fine motor skills that are so important early on!
All toys come sanded satin smooth and left natural with no finish. The hedgehog is approximately 4" x 4" with a grasping hole in the center.

Hard maple is dense and resists splintering, so it holds up to real baby use. Every piece is sanded smooth and left natural with no finish on top.
At 4 inches by 4 inches with a center grasping hole, this hedgehog is easy for small fingers to grip and turn. It is light enough for early practice with reaching, holding, and passing between hands.

No, it comes sanded satin smooth and is left completely natural with no finish applied.
Can I get two words engraved instead of one?
This listing includes space for one engraved word. For a second word, you will need to add the extra personalization option separately.
What should I put in the notes if I want engraving?
Simply tell us the single word you would like inscribed in the notes box at checkout, such as a name or short word.
How do I clean the toy if it gets dirty?
Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry fully. Avoid soaking it or running it through the dishwasher, since that can damage the natural wood.

Orders ship from our US warehouse, and shipping is free on orders over $100. If it is not the right fit, you have 30 days to return it, and our customer support team is made up of real people ready to help.
