★ The wood comes untreated and is beautiful when left as-is. We do not offer any in-house painting or staining, however, products can be painted or stained after-the-fact. If you decide to paint, stain, or seal your product we do recommend doing so AFTER the product has been assembled.
★ Assembly is required - All pieces slot together- so easy even your toddler can help! All necessary hardware and detailed instructions are included. Basic tools required. Almost all products can be assembled with a screw driver, but an electric drill is recommended.

GENERAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMERS:-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-All our wood products come untreated. If you are planning to use your product outdoors or around water, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-Our wood is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Each shelf is cut from furniture-grade Baltic birch plywood, then pre-sanded so every edge feels smooth to the touch. The natural wood grain is left untreated, so you can keep it au naturel or paint and stain it to match your nursery or playroom.

No, assembly is required. The pieces slot together and all hardware and instructions are included, and most parents can put it together with just a screwdriver or drill.
Can I paint or stain the shelf?
Yes, the wood ships untreated so you can paint or stain it to match your space. We recommend doing this after the shelf is fully assembled for the best results.
Is the wood safe if my toddler helps with a supervised assembly?
