How long does setup take?
Most parents have it inflated and ready within a few minutes using the included 370W blower. The stakes and repair kit are included so you have everything on hand for setup and touch ups.
Is this suitable for a 3 year old and an older sibling to use together?
Yes, the suggested age range is 3 to 12 years old. Just keep in mind the individual weight limit of 100 lbs and the inflatable's total weight limit of 200 lbs when multiple kids are playing at once.
Can it be used indoors as well as outdoors?
Yes, it is designed to work in both settings as long as you have enough clear space matching its footprint. Just be sure the surface is flat and free of sharp objects either way.
What is the ball pit filled with?
The bounce house includes the ball pit area itself, but pit balls are not included in the package. Many parents add their own balls to fill that section.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work for us?
We offer 30 day returns and ship from a US warehouse, so support is quick if anything is not right. Our human customer support team can help troubleshoot or process a return.
Does it come with everything needed to inflate the balloons too?
Yes, a separate pump for the 100 included balloons is provided along with the main 370W blower for the bounce house itself.
