-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Built from half inch USA Baltic birch plywood, this piece is made to hold up to daily use from an active toddler. It arrives pre-sanded and ready for assembly, with a solid, substantial feel.

- Consider personalization: A personalized name adds a nice touch but usually means the item is made to order and cannot be changed once production starts. Double check spelling and capitalization before submitting.
Is this safe for my child to climb on?
This piece is designed as toy storage with a play feature, not as a climbing structure, so we recommend supervising active play around it. Its solid plywood build is sturdy for everyday use, but any wood furniture should be checked periodically for loose hardware.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly is designed to be very simple, and most parents can complete it in under an hour. Wood glue and hardware are included when needed, and no special tools are required beyond basic household ones.
Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. It arrives pre-sanded and unfinished, so you can leave the natural wood look or paint, stain, or seal it once it is assembled. If it will be used outdoors or near water, we recommend sealing it after assembly.
How does the personalization work?
You provide the name exactly as you want it to appear, and it will be added in all capital letters as shown in the listing. Since each piece is made to order, please double check spelling before submitting your order.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Because these are made to order, they are final sale, but if your piece arrives damaged you have 30 days from purchase to request a replacement or refund. Our human customer support team can walk you through the process.
