Products are handmade and may come with minor imperfections. Uncut stitch ends are a part of the production process and do not pose an issue to regular use of the bounce house. All sections are double stitched, so loose stitches may also be present. As the product is going through an extensive shipping process, it may come with minor scuffs and/or yellow patch stains. Some writing may also be left over from the manufacturing process. Follow manual instructions for proper cleaning. Send us an email to hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips and recommended products. Extensive packing may also result in wrinkles in the PVC. Please inflate Minis in direct sunlight as wrinkles will release with heat.
This product requires a blower to be on at all times during use. Air leakage is normal and may be audible - sometimes in one area more than another. If product comes with damage that hinders regular use, contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery. If we approve an exchange or return (for store credit only), you will have one week to ship the product back to us.

Made from commercial-grade tarpaulin PVC and double-stitched for regular backyard use. A repair kit and unfilled sandbags are included for basic repairs and added anchoring.
Two footprints fit many patios and lawns, check the product dimensions before you buy. Recommended for ages 3 to 8, and we suggest only kids of the same age use it together.

- Measure Your Space: Allow for the full footprint including the slide entrance, plus clearance around the castle for safe entry and supervision.
- Decide on Blower Needs: The 6x6 includes a blower, the 8x8 does not, so plan for that extra purchase and confirm you have the right power outlet.
- Prepare the Surface: Use a flat, debris free surface. Stake into grass or use sandbags on hard surfaces, and never place over sharp objects.
- Match Age and Supervision: Designed for ages 3 to 8, supervise at all times and group children by similar size to reduce collision risk.
- Plan for First Use: Clean before first use as instructed, inflate in sunlight to smooth wrinkles, and keep the blower running while in use.

How does shipping work and can I insure my order?
We ship from a US warehouse and offer free US shipping on orders over $100. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance through Navidum to protect against theft or damage during transit.
Is the blower included with my purchase?
The neutral grey blower is included only with the Mini Alex 6x6. For the in-stock 8x8, the blower must be purchased separately.
What ages and how many kids can use it safely?
Recommended for ages 3 to 8 with parental supervision, and we recommend only children of similar age use the bounce house at the same time.
How should I clean and prepare the castle before first use?
All castles must be cleaned before first use following the user manual. Inflate in direct sunlight to reduce wrinkles and email hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips.
What if the bounce house arrives damaged?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery if damage hinders regular use. If we approve an exchange or return, it will be store credit and you will have one week to ship the product back.
