Can be used wet or dry. Ball pit balls NOT INCLUDED. Padding/foam mats to use under pool MUST be purchased separately. Pool includes drain to empty water. Make sure bounce house is COMPLETELY dry, left out in the sun and wiped down with towels, before packing to avoid mold and mildew.

ALL CASTLES MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE FIRST USE.
Products are handmade and may come with minor imperfections. Uncut stitch ends are a part of the production process and do not pose an issue to regular use of the bounce house. All sections are double stitched, so loose stitches may also be present. As the product is going through an extensive shipping process, it may come with minor scuffs and/or yellow patch stains. Some writing may also be left over from the manufacturing process. Follow manual instructions for proper cleaning. Send us an email to hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips and recommended products. Extensive packing may also result in wrinkles in the PVC. Please inflate Minis in direct sunlight as wrinkles will release with heat.
This product requires a blower to be on at all times during use. Air leakage is normal and may be audible - sometimes in one area more than another. If product comes with damage that hinders regular use, contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery. If we approve an exchange or return (for store credit only), you will have one week to ship the product back to us.

Made from commercial-grade tarpaulin PVC with double-stitched sections for everyday backyard use. Small production imperfections do not affect performance, and a repair kit is included.
The built-in pool and hose attachments make it easy to switch between a dry bounce area and a splash slide. The pool has a drain for simple emptying and cleanup.
Low slide height and padded entry help reduce bumps, and recommended ages are listed to keep play groups appropriate. Always supervise children and follow the included safety guidance.

Is a blower included with Mini Ella?
No, the blower is sold separately for this model, the commonly used size is 650W. You must have a blower running during use.
What ages and how many kids can play at once?
Mini Ella is recommended for ages 3 to 8, parental supervision required. For safety, keep children of similar size together and limit simultaneous users.
Can I use the slide in my pool or on concrete?
The slide works beside pools and on grass or flat surfaces. If using on concrete, buy padding or foam mats under the pool area to protect the PVC.
What if the castle arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery if damage hinders use, include photos and order details so we can evaluate exchange or store credit options.
