ALL CASTLES MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE FIRST USE. Products are handmade and may come with minor imperfections. Uncut stitch ends are a part of the production process and do not pose an issue to regular use of the bounce house. All sections are double stitched, so loose stitches may also be present. As the product is going through an extensive shipping process, it may come with minor scuffs and/or yellow patch stains. Some writing may also be left over from the manufacturing process. Follow manual instructions for proper cleaning. Send us an email to hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips and recommended products. Extensive packing may also result in wrinkles in the PVC. Please inflate Minis in direct sunlight as wrinkles will release with heat.
This product requires a blower to be on at all times during use. Air leakage is normal and may be audible - sometimes in one area more than another. If product comes with damage that hinders regular use, contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery. If we approve an exchange or return (for store credit only), you will have one week to ship the product back to us.

Made from commercial grade tarpaulin PVC with double stitched seams for regular backyard use. Handmade production may show minor scuffs or uncut stitch ends, which do not affect safe play.
Choose 6 x 6 for very compact spaces, or 8 x 8 when you want a larger jumping area and taller entrance. Both include the slide entrance in the listed dimensions, and only the 6 x 6 includes the blower in the listed price.
Blower must run the entire time the castle is in use, and stakes are included for outdoor setups. Inflate in sunlight to relax wrinkles, and always supervise kids closely during play.

Is the blower included with my order?
The neutral grey blower is included only with the Mini Mila 6 x 6. The 8 x 8 requires the blower to be purchased separately.
What ages and how many children can use this safely?
Recommended for ages 3 to 8 with parental supervision. For safety, allow only children of similar age and size to play together.
My castle arrived with wrinkles, scuffs, or loose stitch ends. Is that normal?
Yes, minor scuffs, yellowing from packing, and uncut stitch ends are part of the handmade process and shipping. Inflate in direct sunlight to relax wrinkles, and email hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips.
I can hear air leakage while the blower runs, is that safe?
Some air leakage and audible airflow is normal. The blower must stay on during use. If you receive damage that hinders regular use, contact us within 10 days of delivery.
How does shipping and returns work for this product?
Ships from a US warehouse, and we offer free US shipping on orders over $100. This handmade castle is final sale unless it arrives damaged and unusable; damage claims must be filed within 10 days for possible exchange or store credit. Can I use the bounce house indoors or outside my country?
You can set it up indoors following the posted indoor set-up guide, provided you have sufficient ceiling height. If purchasing from outside the United States, you will need a voltage converter for the blower and should consider import fees.
