All toys come sanded satin smooth and left natural with no finish. The moose is approximately 3.5"x 3.5" with a grasping hole in the center.

Each moose is cut from hard maple and sanded by hand until every edge is smooth to the touch. We leave the wood natural, with no stains or coatings, so your baby is simply holding pure, solid wood.
Add a single word, like your baby's name, and this everyday toy becomes a piece you will want to keep long after the newborn days. Each word is laser engraved for a clean, lasting mark.
At 3.5 inches wide with a center hole, the moose is easy for little fingers to grip, turn, and explore. It is light enough to travel in a diaper bag and follow your baby everywhere.

Yes, it is designed for ages 0 and up and is CPSC compliant. The smooth, unfinished maple has no small parts beyond the single piece shape.
Can my baby chew on it?
The moose is sanded smooth and left with no finish, so it is safe for mouthing and teething exploration. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth as needed.
How does personalization work?
Leave the toy plain or choose to have a single word laser engraved, just note the word you want in the order notes. For two words, like a first and middle name, you will need to add an extra personalization option.
How do I clean the toy?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let it air dry completely before giving it back to your baby. Avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher, since that can warp the wood.

Will the color or grain vary?
Yes, since each toy is cut from natural maple, grain pattern and light color variation are normal and part of what makes it one of a kind.
