We designed the Piper Finn Oxford to offer a fun, modern take on the classic tailored design. And we made sure to offer lots of colors and patterns in durable, breathable, 100% genuine leather, to make it a staple in your baby’s shoe wardrobe.
Our shoes are easy to put on and take off – a must-have when you’re juggling a wiggly toddler, a bag of groceries and a ringing phone. And, most importantly, they’ve been designed with careful attention to your baby’s feet.

Made from our top grain waxed leather, these oxfords soften and develop a gentle patina with wear. The leather is durable and breathable, so the shoes look better over time while remaining comfortable.
Hard soles provide a stable platform for early standing and cruising while the nonskid outsole helps prevent slips. The low top shape and pull tab make them easy to slip on before playtime.
Cushioned insoles and nonskid outsoles add comfort and traction for small feet. Secure lacing and a rounded toe give room to wiggle while keeping feet supported.
A few simple checks help you pick shoes that protect, support, and fit well.
- Measure the Foot: Measure while baby is standing if possible, and leave about a thumb width of room at the toe. Always compare to our sizing chart for the best match.
- Consider the Sole: Hard soles give stability for early standing and walking, while very soft soles allow more foot flexion for nonwalkers.
- Prioritize Proper Fit: Shoes should be snug at the heel but roomy in the toe to allow natural movement and growth.

Yes. Hard soles provide a stable surface for early standing and steps, while the nonskid outsole helps traction on indoor floors.
How do I clean the waxed leather?
Wipe with a damp cloth for light dirt and let air dry. For deeper cleaning use a cleaner made for top grain leather and follow the product instructions.
What if the shoes do not fit or my child dislikes them?
