-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Are the cushions included?
No. The frame is sold on its own and cushions are purchased separately. It is designed to fit most popular play couch cushions you may already own.
How hard is it to assemble?
Assembly is straightforward. The pieces slot together with included hardware and detailed instructions, and you only need a Philips screwdriver and a rubber mallet or a padded hammer.
What is it made of?
It is built from Baltic birch plywood, a decorative hardwood plywood with a veneer core. The product is TSCA VI and CARB II compliant and arrives pre-sanded and untreated.
Can I paint or stain it?
Yes. The wood is beautiful left natural, but you can stain, paint, or seal it after assembly. If it will be near water, sealing it once assembled is recommended.

It ships from a US warehouse with free US shipping on orders over $100 and normally ships within five business days. Made-to-order items are final sale, but if yours arrives damaged you have 30 days to request a replacement or refund, and our human support team is happy to help.
