The Watercolor Ocean Kingdom Shower Curtain is a 71 x 74 inch fabric shower curtain for a kids or family bathroom. It shows whales, turtles and fish in an underwater kingdom of coral in soft watercolor colors.
Bath time is a big part of the day with little ones. A happy picture on the curtain gives them something to look at, point to and talk about while you wash hair and rinse toes. The colors are soft, so the bathroom still feels calm for the grown ups.
Want the whole room to match? The same artwork comes as a peel and stick wall mural for the nursery or bedroom.

HOW TO HANG
- Put 12 hooks or rings on your shower rod.
- Hang the curtain on the outside of the tub.
- Hang a clear liner on the same hooks, inside the tub, to keep water in.
CARE
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not iron or dry clean.

The watercolor palette is bright enough for kids but muted enough that it does not clash with the rest of your bathroom. It reads more like art than like a cartoon, so it works in a shared family bathroom too.
At 71 by 74 inches, this curtain is cut to work with a standard 60 inch bathtub and most shower rods. Twelve eyelet holes line the top so it hangs evenly with standard hooks or rings.
A kids shower curtain has to do double duty, it should hold a child's attention during bath time and still fit the rest of the room.
- Measure your tub and rod first: Most home bathtubs are 60 inches and work with a 70 to 72 inch wide curtain. Check your rod width too, since a curtain that is too narrow will gap at the sides and let water out.
- Pick a scene with real detail: Toddlers and preschoolers stay interested longer when there is something to find, like hidden fish or a turtle tucked in the coral, rather than one flat repeating pattern.
- Consider the color palette for the whole room: Soft, muted colors tend to work in a shared or family bathroom better than very saturated cartoon prints, since you will be looking at this curtain every day too.
- Always plan for a liner: Fabric curtains look better and last longer than vinyl, but they are not meant to be the only water barrier. Hang a separate liner on the inside of the tub, on the same hooks.
- Check the care instructions before you buy: A curtain you can machine wash on gentle and tumble dry on low is much easier to keep fresh than one that needs special care, especially in a bathroom little ones use daily.
Is a liner included with this curtain?
No, hooks and liner are not included. You will need a separate clear or white liner to hang on the inside of the tub, using the same hooks as the curtain.
Will this fit my shower rod?
The curtain is 71 by 74 inches, which fits a standard 60 inch bathtub and most standard shower rods. If your rod or tub is a nonstandard size, measure before ordering.
What is the fabric like, is it waterproof?
It is 100% polyester and water resistant, meaning it sheds splashes well, but it is not meant to be fully waterproof on its own. That is why a liner on the inside of the tub is still needed.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, then tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or dry clean it.
