This jewelry is made from original Baltic Sea amber, fossilized tree sap preserved for over 45 million years. Baltic amber naturally contains higher concentrations of succinic acid, the characteristic that makes it prized.
Each strand is hand knotted between beads so, if the necklace breaks, remaining beads will not scatter. The classic screw clasp opens and closes easily for secure, everyday wear.
