-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

All pieces slot together with included hardware, so setup is quick even without much DIY experience. It is made to order in the USA and normally ships within five business days.

Yes, the shelf arrives pre-sanded and untreated, so you can stain, paint, or seal it once it is assembled to match your nursery or playroom.

No, all pieces slot together and hardware is included, so most parents find it very easy to put together without special tools.
How long does it take to ship?
Since each shelf is made to order with your child's name, it normally ships within five business days from our US warehouse.
What if my order arrives damaged?
You have 30 days from purchase to request a replacement or refund if your shelf arrives damaged, and our human customer support team is happy to help.
Can I use this shelf outdoors or in a bathroom?
It is not recommended as is, since the wood is untreated and excessive exposure to sun or moisture can cause warping or staining. If you plan to use it near water, seal it after assembly.
Do I need to double check the personalization before ordering?
Yes, please add the name exactly as you want it to appear in the notes section at checkout, including capitalization, since the name is carved into the finished piece.
