-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Are the cushions included with this frame?
No, the cushions are sold separately. This is the wooden frame only, formatted to fit the play couch cushions shown in the images.
How hard is it to put together?
It is very straightforward. All pieces slot together with the included hardware and instructions, and you only need a Philips screwdriver and a rubber mallet or a hammer wrapped in a t-shirt.
Does it come finished or do I need to stain it?
It arrives pre-sanded and untreated, which looks beautiful left as-is. You can also stain, paint, or seal it after assembly if you prefer.
What is it made of?

Wood is a natural material, so some variation in color, knots, texture, and grain is normal and part of its character. A little wood dust may also be present on arrival and wipes off easily.
