-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Each bench is cut from half inch USA Baltic Birch plywood, a hardwood plywood known for its strength and smooth finish. The wood arrives pre-sanded so it feels soft to the touch right out of the box.
The open side compartment and roomy interior give your child extra spots to organize books, stuffed animals, or blocks. As your toddler grows, the bench doubles as seating for reading time or quiet moments.
A few practical details make the difference between a bench that gets used daily and one that ends up in the closet.
- Check the storage style: Look at whether the bench has open bins, a lidded seat, or both, since some toddlers do better reaching into open compartments while others enjoy lifting a seat lid.
- Confirm the size fits your space: Measure the spot where the bench will live and compare it to the listed dimensions, including depth, so it doesn't crowd doorways or hallways.
- Look at the wood type: Baltic birch plywood is prized in kids furniture for its strength and smooth edges, which matters since toddlers climb on and lean against benches often.
- Decide on finish now or later: Untreated wood gives you the freedom to paint or stain it to match your decor, but if the bench will sit near a bathroom or mudroom entry, plan to seal it after assembly.
- Think about assembly time: Slot together designs with included hardware are easier for one parent to handle alone, which is worth checking before you buy.
Is this bench safe for a toddler to climb on?
It is built from solid half inch Baltic birch plywood and designed as a sturdy bench and storage piece. As with any kids furniture, we recommend supervising active climbing and placing it away from windows or stairs.
Do I need to seal or paint the wood?
No, the bench arrives pre-sanded and can be left natural. If you plan to use it outdoors or near water, we recommend sealing it after assembly since the wood is untreated.
How long does assembly take?
Most parents finish assembly in well under an hour since the pieces slot together and all hardware is included. No extra tools or hardware shopping needed.
What if my bench arrives damaged?
Since each bench is made to order, all sales are final except in the case of damage. Reach out within 30 days of purchase and our human support team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Will I see wood grain or knots on my bench?
Yes, wood is a natural material, so some variation in color, grain, and small knots is normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
