Introducing Castle Newborn Diaper Covers - A classic, simple, dark gray color. The Rumparooz Newborn Cloth Diaper Cover is designed to grow with your baby with 3 adjustable rise settings that are designed to fit your preemie and newborn. Weight range of cover starts at 4 pounds and will fit up to approximately 15 pounds. Rumparooz Newborn Cloth Diaper Covers are generously sized and designed to fit over most newborn fitted or prefold diapers. Covers may be used multiple times before washing but should be placed into the laundry if it becomes soiled. Kanga Care uses a water resistant polyester TPU which is a solvent-free polyester fabric that has been laminated with a thermoplastic polyurethane using a heat bonding process, not chemicals. This process is low in toxicity and is better for the natural environment then traditional PUL.

The number one thing to remember when caring for your diapers is they are just another load! There is no magical solution that you should need and no crazy tricks.
Washing Instructions
- 1 Cold rinse

2 Hot wash: add the recommended amount of detergent for the appropriate load size.
- 3 Cool rinse
- 4 Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry in indirect sunlight.

The interior is a solvent-free polyester TPU, laminated with thermoplastic polyurethane using a heat bonding process, not solvents. That lowers toxicity compared with traditional coatings, while keeping moisture away from clothing.
Three adjustable rise settings let one cover fit newborns and preemies across the 4 to approximately 15 pound range. The roomy cut fits over most newborn fitted or prefold diapers for flexible diapering.
A snug waist and leg elastics with a double sidewall gusset help contain messes, and the reliable closure keeps the cover in place during normal movement. Use over a flat prefold or fitted diaper for best results.

- Start With Fit: Check rise settings and make sure the waist and leg elastics sit snugly without pinching. Confirm your baby falls in the 4 to approximately 15 pound range.
- Pick Your Closure: Choose the closure type you prefer for speed or longevity, whether hook and loop or snaps. Fast closures help for quick changes, snaps tend to last longer through washes.
- Plan Your System: Decide whether you will use prefolds, fitted diapers, or an all-in-one. Newborn covers are designed to work well over prefolds or fitted inserts.
- Consider Material: Look for water resistant TPU that is solvent-free and heat laminated, which protects clothing while reducing solvent exposure.
- Laundry and Quantity: Wash covers before first use and follow the manufacturer detergent list. Start with several covers, four to six minimum, to rotate through laundry.

This newborn cover is designed to fit babies starting at 4 pounds up to approximately 15 pounds, using the three rise settings.
Will this cover fit over prefolds or fitted diapers?
Yes, the Rumparooz newborn cover is generously sized to fit over most newborn prefold and fitted diapers.
Can I reuse the cover between changes?
Covers may be used multiple times before washing if they remain clean, but place the cover in the laundry immediately if it becomes soiled.
How should I wash and care for the cover?
