-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.

All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Can I paint or stain the wood?
Yes, the wood arrives untreated and pre-sanded so it takes paint, stain, or a sealer well. Many people also choose to leave it natural since the wood grain looks nice on its own.
Is this shelf safe to use outdoors or in a bathroom?
It is not recommended for outdoor or wet areas since the wood is untreated. If it will be near water or sunlight, seal it after assembly to help prevent warping or staining.
Will the wood grain look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Wood is a natural material, so some variation in color, grain, and small knots is normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
What is your return policy if my order arrives damaged?
Since this is a made to order item, orders are generally final sale, but if your shelf arrives damaged you have 30 days from purchase to request a replacement or refund. Our team is easy to reach if that happens.
