If your newborn is leaking out of everything, these will solve the issue. You may think they are too large when they arrive, however prepping will shrink the fibers and the overall size of the insert. The more you wash it the more absorbent it gets up until 9 or 10 washes. Then it is at full absorbency.
You might want to use these with your existing inserts at first. First try behind or under the insert you were currently use. As the Geffen Baby Absorber gets more prepped you can try to use in front of the existing insert and even by itself during the day.
