-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

The rear tailgate is fully customizable with your child's name carved right into the wood. It turns a bed into something that feels made just for them, not something pulled off a shelf.
Every detail, down to the carved wheel, is cut from 5/8 inch non toxic Baltic birch plywood. The wood grain shows through beautifully whether you leave it natural or add a finish.
The frame is designed so pieces slot together with included hardware and instructions. It takes a bit of time and a few basic tools, but no special skills are required.

Is this bed safe for my child?
The bed is built from solid, non toxic Baltic birch plywood and arrives pre-sanded. As with any wood furniture, check for smooth edges and tighten hardware periodically as your child uses it.
Can I paint or stain the bed?
Yes. The wood is left untreated so you can stain, paint, or seal it however fits your nursery, or leave it natural since it comes pre-sanded and ready to finish.
How long does assembly take and what tools do I need?
Assembly is designed to be simple, with pieces that slot together and hardware and instructions included. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, a crescent wrench, and a rubber mallet or a hammer wrapped in a t shirt.
How is the name customized on the tailgate?
The rear tailgate is fully customizable with your child's name, carved right into the design as part of the build.
What if my order arrives damaged, or I need to return it?
This is a made-to-order piece and is final sale, but if it arrives damaged you have 30 days from purchase to request a replacement or refund. Our US-based customer support team is happy to help.
