GENERAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMERS:
-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All of our orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. Should you wish to return a product or cancel an order after your product has shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost in addition to the return shipping cost. However, should your product arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Made from 1/2 inch USA Baltic Birch plywood for strength and longevity. The panels arrive pre-sanded and untreated so you can finish them to match your room.

We ship from a US warehouse and offer free US shipping on orders over $100. Orders are made to order and treated as final sale, but if your product arrives damaged you have 30 days from purchase to request a replacement or refund. For help, contact our human customer support.
How difficult is assembly, and what tools are needed?
Assembly is straightforward, pieces slot together and hardware is included. You will need a Philips screwdriver and a rubber mallet or a hammer wrapped in a t-shirt for tighter joints.
Can I paint or seal the wood?
Yes, the wood is untreated and ready for paint, stain, or clear sealer. If you plan to use it near water or outdoors, sealing after assembly is recommended to protect against warping.
Is this safe for toddlers?
Yes, the design uses sturdy plywood and a low profile for stability, and it meets TSCA VI and CARB II compliance. Adult supervision is still recommended during play.
