Take the guesswork out of milk management. HoopDee Hoops are durable, bottle-friendly silicone rings that track and organize your breast milk and baby formula with confidence based on CDC guidelines. Use them alongside the free HoopDee App to monitor expiration, usage, and inventory — so you never waste a drop. The HoopDee system is patent-pending.
Each pack includes 6 Hoops. You can track up to 18 bottles with our Rainbow, Pastel, and Earth packs.
Hoops have NFC (Near Field Communication) chips inside of them. (This is the same type of chip as credit cards.) Built for real life, they’re waterproof, dishwasher safe, and tested to handle everyday extremes (from -25°C to 70°C / -13°F to 158°F). HoopDee Hoops do not require batteries or charging. Do not microwave.

Hoops contain passive NFC chips that the free HoopDee App reads to log date, time and status. The app applies CDC-based expiration guidance so you can rotate and use milk with confidence.
Made from durable silicone, Hoops are waterproof, dishwasher and freezer safe for everyday use. They are tested for temperature extremes from -25°C to 70°C, so they stand up to real parenting routines; do not microwave.
Color-coded Hoops make it easy to arrange bottles in the fridge and rotate by age or expiration. Use Rainbow, Pastel and Earth packs together to track up to 18 bottles; note you cannot duplicate packs within a single inventory.
A few simple checks make sure Hoops fit your routine and bottles.
- Check Bottle Fit: HoopDee fits most baby bottles, but bottle necks and shapes vary. If possible, try a ring on your bottle or contact support to confirm fit.
- Decide How Many: Each pack has six Hoops. You can use up to three different packs to track 18 bottles, and you cannot duplicate colors in one inventory.
- Plan Storage: Use consistent color coding for fridge versus freezer batches, so caregivers can rotate older milk first and avoid waste.
- Match Your Workflow: Pick colors that make sense for your schedule, caregivers and pump shifts, so anyone can quickly identify what to use.
- Know App Requirements: Hoops use NFC and the free HoopDee App to read rings; scanning requires a smartphone with NFC enabled, so check your phone settings first.
Do HoopDee Hoops need batteries or charging?
No. The NFC chips are passive and require no batteries or charging, they work when scanned by your phone.
Will Hoops fit my baby bottles?
They fit most baby bottles, but styles vary. If you have an unusual bottle shape, contact our support team for guidance.
Can I microwave bottles with Hoops on them?
No. Do not microwave Hoops or bottles with the rings in place. Remove Hoops before reheating and follow safe reheating practices.
How many bottles can I track with Hoops?
One pack provides six Hoops. You may use up to three different packs to track 18 bottles total; you cannot add duplicate colored Hoops to the same inventory.
