-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

- Placement and Anchoring: Place low in the room at child height and anchor to the wall for active toddlers to prevent tipping.

How difficult is assembly, and what tools do I need?
Assembly is straightforward, most people finish quickly. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and a rubber mallet or a hammer wrapped in a t-shirt.
Can I paint or stain the shelf?
Yes. The unit arrives pre-sanded and untreated, so paint, stain, or clear sealers can be applied after assembly. Seal if the shelf will see water or heavy sunlight.
Is this shelf safe for toddlers, should I anchor it?
The low design supports independent access, but we recommend anchoring the shelf to the wall for added safety with active toddlers.
What are your shipping and returns policies?
We normally ship from our US warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. Free US shipping applies on orders over $100. Because items are custom made to order, they are final sale, however if your product arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days to request a replacement or refund. International orders may incur extra shipping fees and duties.
Can I request a custom finish or modification?
We make each piece to order and can sometimes accommodate finish requests. Contact our customer support team to discuss what you need, and we will confirm what is possible.
