-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

Yes, the wood arrives untreated and pre-sanded so you can paint, stain, or seal after assembly; we recommend sealing if exposed to water.
How hard is assembly?
Assembly is very straightforward, the pieces slot together and hardware is included, so no complex tools or skills are required.
How long does shipping take and are there extra fees?
We normally ship within 1 to 5 business days from our US warehouse, and US orders over $100 qualify for free shipping; additional fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international addresses, and duties may be charged by customs.
Can I return the shelf if I change my mind or it arrives damaged?
Because this item is custom made to order it is final sale, however if your product arrives damaged contact us within 30 days to request a replacement or refund and our team will help.
