-All our wood products come untreated. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO USE YOUR PRODUCT AROUND WATER OR OUTDOORS, we highly recommend sealing the product AFTER it’s been assembled.
-Excessive exposure to the sun and/or water and other liquids may cause warping and/or staining over time.
-Your product will arrive pre-sanded and untreated. It can easily be stained or painted once assembled. All products are wiped down prior to packaging, however, some wood dust may be present upon opening and can easily be cleaned off using a hair dryer or air compressor.
-Wood is a natural material. Variations in color, knots, texture and grain may occur.
-This product is made with Baltic Birch Plywood- a decorative hardwood plywood with veneer core.
-This product is both TSCA VI and CARB II compliant.
-This product is manufactured in Las Vegas, NV.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are custom made-to-order and, therefore, FINAL SALE. However, should your product arrived damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement and/or refund.

- Match shelf height to your child: Check the listed shelf heights and depths so the lower shelves sit within easy reach for your toddler. A shelf that is too tall defeats the purpose of independent play.
- Consider your floor space: Measure the footprint where the shelf will sit, including some clearance in front for little ones to kneel or reach in. This shelf's dimensions are shown in the product images so you can plan ahead.
- Decide on a finish: The wood arrives untreated, which looks beautiful left natural but also takes stain, paint, or sealant well if you want a custom color. Choose your finish before assembly for the smoothest process.

- Plan for where it will live: Since the wood is untreated, keep it away from direct water exposure or outdoor use unless you seal it first, to avoid warping over time.
How much assembly is required?
Assembly is required but it is designed to be very easy. Wood glue and hardware are included when needed, and most parents finish setup without any special tools.
Does the shelf come finished or do I need to stain it?
It arrives pre-sanded and untreated, so it looks great as-is or can be stained, painted, or sealed if you want a custom finish. Just seal it after assembly if you choose to finish it.
Is the wood safe if my toddler chews or touches it a lot?
The shelf is made from Baltic Birch plywood that is TSCA VI and CARB II compliant. It comes untreated and pre-sanded, so there is no added finish unless you apply one yourself.
Will this hold up over time with everyday toddler use?
Yes, it is built from half inch solid Baltic Birch plywood for a sturdy, long lasting shelf. Keep in mind that wood is natural, so some variation in grain and color is normal and not a defect.
What is your return policy since this is made to order?
Because each shelf is custom made to order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, you have 30 days from purchase to request a replacement or refund, and our support team is happy to help.

Orders ship from a US warehouse and typically go out within 1 to 5 business days, with free US shipping on orders over 100 dollars. Extra shipping fees may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international addresses.
