Each spoon and fork is made from 18/8 stainless steel, the same quality used in adult flatware. It has a nice weight in the hand and holds up to daily use without warping or staining.
The fork tines are sharp enough to pick up soft foods but rounded at the tips so little mouths stay safe. It is a small detail that makes a big difference during messy practice meals.
